What is Mobilize?
Mobilize within the Church of God is a lay ministry program designed to empower and equip church members to serve both inside and outside the church. It focuses on mentoring, training, and resourcing individuals to become effective servants of Jesus Christ. The program aims to develop a culture of servant leadership, strengthen relationships between pastors and members, and provide resources for spiritual growth and integrity.

The Local Leadership Development Program Empowers Pastors for Effective Mentorship.
The Local Leadership Development program emphasizes the importance of pastors not working alone in ministry. Through Mobilize, pastors can effectively and efficiently mentor church leaders into successful ministry roles that contribute to the overall growth and development of the church.
Mentoring and Training:
Mobilize offers a structured mentoring program for pastors, equipping church members with the necessary training and skills for ministry. The program provides a wide range of resources, such as training materials, seminars, and mentorship, to assist members in nurturing their spiritual gifts and enhancing their skills.
Focus on Servant Leadership:
Mobilize emphasizes the significance of servant leadership and biblical covenant relationships between pastors and members. The program encourages members to serve both within their local church and in their communities.
Two Levels of Training:
The program typically comprises two levels of training: a foundational level that emphasizes leadership skills and character development, and a second level where individuals can select a specialization area.
The program’s primary objective is to assist individuals in transforming their lives through service and ministry, bringing glory back to God.
