What is Calling And Ministry Studies for Students (CAMSFS)?
CAMSFS, which stands for Calling and Ministry Studies for Students, is a program within the Church of God designed to help high school and college students, ages identify their calling, develop self-awareness, and build a foundation for future ministry within the Church of God.
Some key purposes of CAMSFS:
To engage young people in identifying their divine call and preparing them for ministry.
Target Audience:
High school and college students ages 16 -22.
CAMSFS is implemented in four monthly seminars. (The ENGAGE phase is an internship in the local church and can continue beyond the four monthly seminars.)

Credentialing is Connected to CAMS:
CAMSFS is part of the broader Calling and Ministry Studies program within the Church of God, which is designed to help individuals determine their calling and prepare for ministry roles.
CAMSFS serves as a bridge for young people interested in ministry, providing guidance and support as they explore their calling and begin preparing for a future in ministry within the Church of God.
General Mobilize Application Requirements:
- Communication and recommendation from your Pastor
- Pastor contact NJCOG YD Director for application
The applicant should complete Part I of this form.Applicants 14-17 years of age must have a parent or guardian complete Part II.
Then the application should be presented to the applicant’s pastor with two letters of recommendation.
The pastor should complete Part III, sign the application in the appropriate locations, and forward the form and the two recommendation letters to the district overseer.
The district overseer should sign the form and forward it and the two recommendation letters to the administrative bishop.
If students are interested in enrolling in CAMS for Students, they should talk with their pastor. The pastor will contact the state office for the application.
